you can get them for less then 300$ depending on where you go. I would be interested in this if we get a good deal. What do you think of your xenon headlights you have installed now?

it really depends on what kind of temp you guys are looking at. I know a guy who sells helios (very good brand)

5000K $260.00
6000K $265.00
7000k $275.00
9000k $285.00
12000k $295.00

Obviously there are other brands taht are cheaper. But these are good. Hids aren't really that expensive if you think about it. $50 for a pait of silverstars. thats already 1/6 of the price!!!

count me in on the buy!! i've been looking for a good set of HID's for some time now (even before i bought my bike). i'll go back and look around b/c i remember coming across a few group buys on other sites. hopefully we can get enough ppl to get a good gb going.

from what i've read...you would have to find a place to hide them. a popular place to hide them would be behind your fairings using something to secure it with. chainstretcher has HIDs and mounted them on each side of the support bars on the front (although i don't think i'll be placing mine there even though they are convient b/c they would be too visable).

here's a link from one of my earlier threads with pics of chain's hid kit:

soo any updates? find anyone willing to do a group buy?

ImmaSquashYou, will the guy you know who sells helios do a group deal? also we could all email diffrent companys that sell hids and ask them if they will give a group discount.
