Just curious but are the Rear brake pads the same design as the front?

I was going to pick up some new pads but a local store had a single set (For one caliper) of Galfers for the CBR600 F3.  I was asking for front brakes which means I needed two sets.  I have two on order already but figured if the pad was the same on the rear as the front I''d get those from the local store since it''s nearbye.

I rarely use rear brakes but sometimes when you went to hot in a turn a quick tap is what you need.

Or if say your front brakes busted for whatever reason it''d be nice to have something to stop you.  Plus they help in emergency stops.

But I guess I''ll hit up cycle gear and see if they have some rear pads

but hey, I understand, I''ve done that a few times, I just try to not make a habit out of it
