So the new 08 1000rr is through the break in and I am getting more liberal with the throttle...What a rush! I have always been an adrenaline junkie and this machine is the new fix. Dial a wheelie. I better be careful or I''ll have to give myself a ticket!

No only your imaginary motorcycle... Just because the bike is capable doesn''''t mean I make it a regular practice. If you recall I said there is a time and place for all sorts of riding. My comments refer to power delivery, not stunting. I find the acceleration thrilling. I do attack the corners...have for more than half my life.

The front wheel comes up pretty easy in 1st gear through hard acceleration, that is a fact.

sorry didn''t mean to get off the topic.  Just couldn''t resist the chance to rag on blkout.

Liter bikes are great for the grin factor.  The more you twist the throttle the bigger the grin.  Have fun.

Try clutch wheelies way more better..
Just try dropping the clutch at 7k, if it doesnt come up good enough try 9 ot 10k...Then just practice everyday...
I do them all the time..Once for 2miles..

My SIDI boots were 360 miles away at home. I was visiting some friends in those pictures and just had my casual wear.
