I''ve been looking around andI cant find any pics of an 07 1krr with cut sliders. When I look at where they install on my bike, it looks to me like the hole would have to be big enough that it would take out the bolt that holds the 2 peices of fairing together. Has anyone here put the vortex cut sliders on thier 07 or have any good pics of one?

hey I have them, email me at usmc_ordy@hotmail.com and I''ll forward you some pics.  Sean from Jason Britton''s- No Limit Motorsport put them on for me...they would have been easy...but they would have taken me a bit and would not have looked as well as they do since I had a pro install them using tricks of the trade they look factory...almost =D

I could be wrong, but I think you''re looking at wrong mounting point. I have no cut, but the bolt used is higher up and more rearward (that a word?, lol). I didnt go with the cut just cause it looked like it wouldn''''t be a hole, but a half hole on edge of fairing, didnt like that. But maybe the Vortex no-cut uses a different mounting location

I''ve since found a couple pics, Tbagr hooked me up with some as well. It is half a hole in the fairing and the biggest problem I see is that in one pic it looks like it takes out the bolt that holds the 2 fairing peices together. in another pic it looks like its right beside that bolt. looking at mine though, that bolt is less than half an inch from the mounting bolt. I ordered them already and I''m gonna see what it looks like when I get them. then decide if I want to do it or not. Stay tuned I should get them tomorrow........
