Hey Everyone, I was thinking of lowering my front end by a few inches. Can someone please tell me what I would have to do. I have a pretty good idea but never did this and I can use some insight.

I know you can slide them up in the triple tree to lower it a little, but I think it''s only like an inch or so. You can strap it down, but that is more for drag racing and not daily riding. You could do the fork internals changing the spring to a shorter one, but I think you would run into clearance issues. Your suspension travel, and performance will be harsh, and handling will definitely suffer by lowering your bike. But if all you''re after is the look, then it shouldn''t be that much of a problem.
