Got some extra cash that just came in. Looking to put it in the 954. Wondering what you guys think or you''ve gotten the most out of. I''m putting down five choices. I''ll probably choose two. What''s your input and vote:
  1. Braking (Galfer Rotors, pads, lines)
  2. New Sprockets and chain (what set-up have you guys had luck with)
  3. GPR Damper
  4. Sato Rear Sets
  5. PCIII and dyno/map (already have a bolt on)

Thanks.

how many miles? I would first put money into the brakes and sprocket/chain then the damper(unless your a big twisty rider, then the damper first) then the rear sets then the pc3. Personally i think the bikes are fast enough and if its running fine the PC3 and dynotune would be the last thing i would do, thats like $500 to pretty much do nothing, even if it does get slightly faster, who cares, its already deadly fast if you just want to go faster then buy a newer 1000. if your a big twisty rider brakes and damper are deff 1 and 2 My .02

For every bike i have ever owned my mod list went similar to this.

1: -1 front sprocket (or new chain and sprockets if they were needed).
2: Good set of tires
3: Frame sliders and spools
4: steering dampner

For me those are the firsts, if you have some of the above then i guess you can skip around. The sprockets really wake up the bike, the rest is to keep it protected and riding good. From there you can go for looks or more hp. Of course this is all opinion.

I was also thinking of doing some mods to the 954. Do you guys just go one down in the front and leave the back or put it up one also.

^ If your chain and sprockets are in good shape, just go -1 front (cost $30). If you need a chain and sprockets then it up to you, i went + in the rear as its slightly easier on parts and drivetrain.
