Mine is so shitty haha. last friday I broke down on the highway, it stopped igniting. flooded the carbs with carb cleaner and then it started up. does anyone have a good trick for getting the spark plugs out cuz its so tricky to do for me and they might be seized in.

18mm deep well thin wall socket, a short extension and pull the radiator off to make access easier. Personally, I can reach the plugs through the frame without pullin anything off the bike, but my hands arent real big either, so I''m good at a lot of stuff.   while you''re at it, pull the carbs and clean em good.  oh yeah, good fuel filter change will also be beneficial to you.

no theyre not an ancient type of plug, all spark plugs have that threaded end, only difference is that ones used in cars have a cap screwed onto the threads. Go to honda and just ask them for the proper plugs for your bike. I wouldnt use aftermarket, unless youre modding the bike you could go with Denso.

If you want the plug wires to connect on them, yes.  its not a hard thing to do though, just simple screw on setup, real easy to put on/take off.

NGK Spark Plug: DPR8EA-9

I take the socket (I believe with small extenstion too, cant remember ATM), not attached to the drive, I slip the socket over the plug, then attach the drive to the socket.  This makes it easier than trying to maneuver the drive and socket into the frame.  I then use a fuel hose to slip over the top of the spark plug and pull it out;  I think 5/8 is what I use.

probably not the timing, its pretty much set in one place.  more likely unsync''d carbs, a dirty jet, or valves need adjusted.

...flooded the carbs with carb cleaner...

Careful with the carb cleaner.  Carburator cleaner is an acid that WILL melt plastic and rubber parts.  Should be used very sparingly.

theyre really not that hard, all you really need to do is pull the bowls off and remove the jets and clean them, its not necessary to separate the carbs to clean them.
