Stole this idea from another thread.

Basically the idea is to ask questions you were afraid to ask because you''d get pwnd//ignored//TheX''d.

The important part is that NO ONE is allowed to criticize you in here.

Ready?

That''s a good one

I''ve always wondered that.

I often wonder if the pharmaceutical companies make drugs just to treat symptoms or if there is any motivation whatsoever to try to cure illnesses.  Logically, in their best interest there would be no reason to cure a disease as it would make people stop using their product.

and yes vp...that is a question to be asked. I would have to say yes they would do that...not release perfectly good, safe drugs to cure illnesses because of their lost revenue.  They probably have a cure for cancer right now but are making a ton of money on chemo and other cancer drugs and dont want to lose that income....bastards

The speed of light is a constant C and an absolute physical boundary for motion ... so if you are travelling at say half the speed of light and turn on your lights you wont make light travel at one and half times the speed of light ..it will still be the speed of light ..anyway at the speed of light all mass becomes infinite so you wouldnt have the power to operate an infinitely big light switch anyway ..lol

Ok...another question

How do you open a cereal box properly? Everytime I open the internal bag (with enough force mind you to tear a New York telephone book in half...cause thats what it takes I swear) it splits down the side and a bunch of Capn Crunch ends up at the bottom between the cardboard and bag

^^^ I hate that ..it goes all stale and you inevitably ... get it in your cereal ...

The trick is opening it in such a way that it is still useable ... theres a fine line, you need to pull hard enough to separate the plastic but no so hard you give the bag a C-section ..lol

Heres another solution ...

So is it okay to buy stuff that''s almost expired cause it''s on sale?

Kroger sells yogurt for 10 cents...1 DIME when it''s within a week of expiring.  I mean, I''m gonna eat it within a week or else I''ll throw it out anyway, but I''m just not sure if it''ll kill me or not.

I did it once but I felt sort of bad afterwards but that couldn''t just been mental.  Then somebody at work caught wind of it and I still get crap about it... I just need help!

Expired yogurt ...they do put expiration dates for a purpose .. was it stored properly and is it still sealed?? .. does it have live culture?? ...if its sealed and has live culture, it may be fine the yogurt cultures are good for you and would tend to keep other bacteria in check ..if it hasnt been stored well, seal is broken, doesnt have live culture, throw it away ... if some foreign bacteria has taken root there and multiplied, you could get sick ..the degree of sickness depends on the bacteria and how much of it ... are you feeling lucky??

Actually if its still in date I wouldnt worry much at all ..I tend to go by smell and look too ..I have always been very sensitive to dairy products, I sniff the milk first thing in the morning ..I can tell straight away if its "just on the turn" ...

haha I should have been more clear...it''s still got a week before it expires

but you answered that anyway...it takes a woman''s touch to mend a man''s broken heart (and to bring him toilet paper when he''s sick on the toilet) :)
