I really want to live by the sea eventually but I would miss living by the canals here .. there is a peace and serenity here I will never be able to fully describe ..

Mountains from Colorado. Born and raised there...moved to South Dakota two years ago. And anyone who knows SD knows its generally flat as a pancake. With the exception of the black hills.

I miss a lot of things in San Diego County, but Swami''s Cafe in Encinitas was, and still is, super. Good, healthy food, breakfast anytime (woot!), and across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Balboa Park | | | | | V

I miss my backyard from my previous house, it overlooked a rainforest. Lots of Native birds that only lived in that environment, like this little guy.

Born in W.V. and miss it so much, but dont think I''ll ever be going back to live. I go there every now and then and hunt/fish with uncles or just hang out with them (best family ever). I miss the friendliness of the place. My uncle can ride through town and wave to at least half the people cuz he knows them all. It''s a simple life there, not so fast paced. People havent forgeten how important family, friends, and strangers that can be friends are. Nor have they forgotten how to sit back and enjoy life in the slow lane. Just sitting on the porch, hanging out with friends and fam at bbq''s, drinkin beers to a peaceful day and beautiful sunset. Here in NC there''s always something taking up my time. I dont even feel like my house is my home, I have no attachment to it aside from my roof (best thinking spot in the world as far as urbanized goes) and my bed. When I say home it means W.V.
