I am 28, but I don''t feel that old, I do get sore once in a while though, and most people think that I am 22 at the most. Oh well, my last gf was 20 I think.

at 45 hangovers occur with sometimes as few as two drinks. Workouts keep you sore for twice aas long and ear hair becomes a true reality. I agree, don''''t get old. But if you do, you must:
1) own a bike, with a helmet on, we all look the same age.
2) exfoliate and moisturize on a regular basis.
3) workout like an animal
4) date 20-something year old ex-models.
getting old does suck, but it is all part of it.

Jay, are in you in the gym somewhat regularly? I tell you what man, it sounds crazy but it works. I was into it pretty heavily my first three years of college, I think mainly due to the fact I was in a health sciences sports and biomechanic major. I hurt my should near the end of my third year, and never really got back into the swing of things after the shoulder injury. Let me tell you, that year away from the gym made me feel like such an old guy. I was sore all the time for not reason, lacked serious energy, didnt sleep well, had a piss poor diet. Basically for a year, my life was shit, other than for the fact that it was in that year that I bought my bike. So I guess you could say one great thing came out of the shoulder injury. Now, as you may or may not know, I sold the bike, which sucks bigtime, but I will have another soon. Since selling the bike, I have picked back up right where I left off, I''ve been back for about two months now and have gotten nearly all of my strength back, have more energy, tend to watch what I eat more, and have been sleeping better for the most part. The point of the story is, make time to get to the gym regularly, and you will feel much better. ''''
I would be more than will to put together a routine for you, as it is my background.

I dont feel old yet, maybe the jump from 21 to 23 is a big one. Usually once a month to a concert, love going in the pit, pushing people, jumping on them. New found glory?? What the hell kind of band is that? Just got back from seeing Beneath The Massacre and Dying Fetus, now that was a show!

^+1111111111111111111111111111111111110 ........thats what i tell my g/f every time we leave now. usually when i''d go by myself (w/ a friend, not w/ my g/f) it wouldnt be as bad. but i try to take care of her during the show and it seems to require more work lol.

I kept feeling better every year until I turned 34..........I hurt my back in the gym and its been down hill ever since. Dont get me wrong, mentally, I''m still 18 but physically........I''m 43..........I want a "do over" LOL

yup...everything gets worse .. but it also gets a little better too...
Getting old is a bit like maintaining an old house .... year after year , you go around repainting , touching up , repairing and replacing a few things as they get too old for just repainting ..
Then one day you wake up and bloody hell , its a bit too far gone in places and you have to start tearing piece of it to bits and rebuilding ..
AND ...after many many years ....
you get to the point where it just feels like you should run a bulldozer through it and give up 
but then...
Someone or something hopefully comes along and takes a hard look at it and decides that its worth saving and it survives....
Old age is a bugger , but to some extent it is really just a point of view or attitude in allot of cases...
We may be getting old on the inside need a few replacement parts and our paint jobs may need a bit more attention than they did years ago but if you are smart, you will continue on as if you will be here for ever.....no matter how thing actually are
Its called staying young at heart ... me I live by it !!!!!!! 
The word appreciation gets bigger and bigger as you get older ..
Things that you took for granted when young, once older , you will not..
So all you young guys in here ... do not panic or worry ... their is hope and a good side to getting older , but yer....that you possibly will only understand in time
