the bike looks stupid but the girls helmet mohawk not even being put on the helmet without bunching up just annoys me...maybe im anal but i cant get over it

"Gixxer" is the easier way of pronouncing GSX-R. It''s one of the baddest line of sport bikes around. Gixxers are too often bought by people who have little or no motorcycle-riding experience. Many people have gotten hurt or killed because they can''t handle a bike of this magnitude. Only 1% (if not less) of those who ride Gixxers can actually use them to their full potential. That guy with the Gixxer 1000 thought he was fast, until he brought his bike to a race track and had his ass handed to him by EX500s.

Yeah, all the arguing on the gixxer comments is really dumb
gixxer is easier to say, though not easier to type. I dont feel like spending my time pronouncing four letters that dont roll off the toungue as brilliantly as the three of "cbr". Thus I know them, all my riding friends know them, as gixxers. Everything that CAN have a cool shortened name these days, WILL have a shortened name, just like all of us givin each other nicknames so we dont have to type the whole thing

Damned thing looks like a tandem !! Posing bucket of bolts, a 250''d probably outrun it in the twisties. Damned good bike wasted, IMHO.
I agree with X, the GSXR is a fine bike, but squids seem to buy more of them because of the racer image.....? (And what their friends say) It''s almost like peer pressure at school, you have to have what''s "cool.....".
If I was looking for a track bike the GSXR750''d be high on my list (Heresy I know, but true)
SpiritRR and Shoortbus, retire to your corners, and wait for the bell............ding !
