I am currently looking to buy a CBR 600 f4 or f4i. I am located in up-state NY my zip is 12561 about an hour from the city. I will travel to pick up the bike but not more than 250 miles. If someone wants to meet half way that is cool too.
I would prefer a silver and red f4 but am not to concerned with the colors. I don't want a yellow one though, sorry. Light cosmetic damage is ok as long as bike runs good. No engine/mechanical problems. I can fix that stuff but i just don't feel like buying a bike that has problems and then getting into a whole can of worms after i've already purchased the bike. bump bump bump. I know someone has to have a CBR they want to sell to me, any CBR any at all????? I dont think i was to strict on my terms, if i am let me know though haha I just want to ride man, help me out!!!

My buddy has what your looking for and wants to sell to get something bigger. It is the colors you want and I know there are no problems. I will try to talk to him tonight about further details, price/milage etc! I'll post it up when I find out. Located in Johnstown, Pa about 1 hr east of Pittsburgh. Just to let you know.

Talked to my buddy. It's an 2002 and he says he thinks it has 7700 miles. He knows for sure its under 8k. It has a M4 tit. slip on exhaust and like I said before it is red/silver. Also has an undertail. He's not sure the name of it tho. He bought it like that. I told him that I would try to get some pics this weekend for him and post on here since he don't have a digi camera and I do. Everything else is stock. Bike is never wheelied and oil is changed ever 3k. He said he needs to get no less then $5,000 for it. He is willing to work with on meeting or shipping,etc. If your intrested from what I've told you already, let me know I will work on the pics.

Sorry 5,000 is to much for me i really dont have that much money to spend on a bike, although im sure his is worth it i just dont have that much. College tuition is my arch enemy haha if i had that money i would definatly buy the bike.thanx though

I have a 2002 f4i with 9100 miles. Last summer I laid it down doing about 20/25mph. There was no structural damage only cosmetic. I scraped up the upper fairing, right fairing, dented the tank, scraped up the stock muffler, and cracked the passenger peg. I was gonna spend some money to fix it up but if the offer is decent I would consider selling it. I just put in an order for a new upper fairing mount and flush mount turn signals. Let me know if you are interested. I will send you some pictures if you want.

Ok so i guess im having the same problems as most people trying to buy a used bike. Private sellers think there bikes are worth ALOT more then they really are and don't check NADA prices. People if you have a 99 cbr f4 do not expect me to pay you 4500 or more for it. Its never gonna happen.
ANyway enough about my frustrations in finding a used bike haha I am willing to travel so if you have a bike anywhere Near the State of New York (preferably somewhere on the upper east coast haha) I will consider buying it so just let me know whats for sale!!! thanx and hopefully i will be riding soon!
