I just installed a PCIII on my 03 600rr. It''s running way to rich everyone tells. Loud pops and crackles anytime I let off the gas, flames whenever I rev above 10k rpm and let off or shift. I dont want to mess up the bike if this is bad for it. I dont have the 9V battery thing that comes with it being that I bought the PCIII used. In order to switch maps can I just turn the power on the bike via ignition and plug in my computer that way? Also what are the proper steps to change maps? I already have the right map for my exhaust etc on my computer ready to go. Thanks guys

Yea, if you have a laptop just bring it out side, connect to the computer, open the program, load the map, shut off, close, disconnect. Best thing to do would be getting a custom map if its that bad though.
