Yellow rim stripes on 2006 blue/yellow CBR - 10/7/2008 10:00:25 AM    mmathers   Posts: 9 Joined: 4/30/2007 From: Des Moines, IA Status: offline Just thought I would post a quick picture of the yellow rim stripes I installed on my 2006 Honda CBR1000RR (blue/yellow model). I think it really sets off the wheels and like the look much better than the plain black rims. I''m fortunate enough to have access to a vinyl cutter so was able to make these in about 15 minutes. If I had it to do over again, I might make them slightly wider. Let me know what you think! I don''t think you need to go wider they look good just the way they are. I think rim stripes give the bike a look that nothing else really can and if done right can really make it look better.
