when installing a windscreen, how do you re-use the rubber grommet? I have a 2001 f4i.

do they just pop out? I dont want to break it and i was wondering if there is a secret to getting them out so i can re-use them

any help would be appreciated.

thanks...

they are a pain in the ass. You gotta just pull them out without ripping them, and then put them back in. After the 1st 2 you'll have it down and it will go smoother.

I used a small allen wrench. Just put in one side first and then squeeze the rest in.
