Just got a 1994 CBR 600 F2 yesterday for a good deal, yay!
It needed a few mechanical things done and has some loose bits of trim, nothing major. Chain, rear brake pads, one swing arm adjuster, speedometer cable (I think), one missing side faring attachment.

What I am thinking on now is what to do with the body color, the bike has had rear side and front cowl fairings replaced and is missing stock decals on the front cowl, rear side covers, and partially on one side faring. The bike has the stock purple and yellow scheme which I don''t care for too much, seems to me like it makes sense to strip the decals off an repaint, either the tank and rear side covers gloss black to match the rest, or go flat black all over.
The bike already has black rims and exhaust with silver frame and forks.

Thoughts?

How do you like yours? If mine was stock I would keep it that way, my current dilemma is that it''s about half stock.

Well started on the flat black today, man removing 14 year old decals is a pain.
Red is a good thought, I''m also thinking about orange.

flat black with a red or gray honda decal kit... that''s what I''d do since you already went flat black.

Still need to do front/rear wheel fenders, gas tank, and a general cleanup of rim/etc.

Looks good, though I''d definitely try and add some decals to bring the look together.
