I Have a manual for a 2003 but have a 2005 600 f4I. Mainly I'm interested in the maintenance sections. Thanks, Lumberman Post #: 1

I'm not sure what, if any, differences exist between '03 and '05 F4i. I'm gonna try to do the valve inspection myself, and all the other maintenence items. Just want to be sure that nothing was changed engine wise between those years. Valve inspections/adjustments proceedures will be the same on all shim under bucket motors for the F4I. I have the factory service manual and right at the top it says 2001-2005. Only difference is in the back there's two seperate wiring schematics, one for 01-03, and another for 04-05, and then in the frame/body panels/exhaust system section there's different sections for the 01-03 and 04-05 versions of the seat, pillion seat, rear cowl, rear fender, and subframes.
