What''s up everyone? I''m (obviously) new around here and would like to take a moment to introduce myself. Never thought I''d be riding a 1000RR, as I''m a big fan of naked bikes. My last bike was a CB750 Nighthawk (sold) and come next season, I plan on picking up a Speed Triple 1050. Anyways, a 2004 CBR1000RR just landed in my lap, and I will be taking care of the bike while my friend is in Iraq for the next year or so. I''m a noob to this bike, which happens to need a little tlc, and will have several questions to ask, mostly tech related. At any rate, cheers to all!

Hey and welcome to the forum man, theres lots of good advice around here. Check the 1k thread often. I see Classic beat me already you bugger. some of us ACTUALLY have to work and cant sit in front of the computer on CBRF all night.
