has anyone put a fender eliminator on their bike? the stock fender is so ugly and all broken up on the used F2 i bought. cheapest one i saw on ebay was $50 but it just looks like a metal tray. i assume it bolts on underneath of the back of the frame (i included a link of the item below). if this is the case, how do you secure the tail light? right now the tail light bolts ontop of the old fender, so does the tail light have to bolt directly onto the frame? and if so, is there any additional work that needs to be done to secure that light?

let me know what you guys think, i certainly dont want to have to buy a used stock fender that isnt broken to use on my bike. thanks alot

I'm sorry... not familiar with the F2s. For the most part, most people make their own, but I'm tired of my plate getting ripped off when I corner. I guess when I corner hard, my suspension compresses enough to hit, so I ordered the competition werks kit for $130. I don't want to loose the plate or have it fly off into a car. Kinda hard to say... not mine.

Don't know much about the f2. I have an 05rr and i made two different fender eliminators for it myself. Its not too hard just takes a little time and thought. I dont have my pictures posted yet but there are plenty of guys in here with pictures so you can get an idea of what design you like.
