Will try you advise with choke. Weather here in Sunny Queensland australia the temp is around 12 C in the mornign and today was about 30 C when leaving work I didnt use the choke at all today but will try tommorow mornign shoudl be interesting.

I give full choke, turn it over about 1 sec, she starts right up. I let it idle on full choke for about 30 secs, and I'm off. Beautiful thing, really.

kilgoretrout, my bike is the same.. full choke to start it, pretty much any weather, then I let it run for a little bit, drive a block and then no choke is fine
