What else can I do to get more top end for my bike I have a Micron slip on and a pc III

on the sprockets

the reality of it is that you might just want to be quicker and not faster, onless you're planning on going for miles on top speed. A lighter set of sprockets with different gearing might be your way there but don't forget that the more top end you get the less low end you'll have.
