I had the street slipon on my 05 F4i, it was nice, a bit louder than stock and sounded good. Did not have the "drone" while crusin on the hwy. I wanted a carbon pipe and decided to go with the race. Race is a bit louder than the street one, at idle you can here it is a little bit louder but the most noticable to me is above 5 or 6 k. I guess everyones ear is different so I hope my .02 helps.

How exactly does this exhaust slip on? It seems as though my stock exhaust is all ONE piece. The headers bolt on to the engine and all the pipes are welded directly to the headers all the way back out the muffler. No clamps anywhere to just slip in to. Any answers? Thanks!

The slip on attaches to a pipe(that comes with the slip on). The two pieces attach together and attach to the end of the header. It is on the right side of the bike behind a heat shield and your foot peg. It is not welded there.
