Wished I could help... I'm not up to speed with the Hurricane. I'm surprised to hear it doesn't have a kickstand safety.

I am new to the bike scene and my hurricane does not have an indicator. But i do have a lot of knowledge with car electrics and retro fitting. The main issue you will have is if they decided to change the electrics or the mechanics of the dials between the two bikes (Unlikely i would say) if not then it will just be a matter of fitting the wiring right. You may find the loom has the connector for the kick stand and just needs it connecting if not you need to run the wires up yourself. but its not going to be rocket science. its just 2 wires from the looks of it. I can have a look in the manual later to see where it needs wiring to and if there is any additional crossovers of cables. Question do you know if its just a light to remind you or has a saftey on it too?
