I know that that bike didn't come stock with the orange wheels.....they're supposed to be black from the factory....so they were either painted or powdercoated

Either way....the wheels are f'in HOT!!!
They really make the bike stand out!

Your bike would look sweet with a black frame like I have on my 2001 F4i (came stock)....all black & orange......mmmmmmm

sweet bike!

I wonder what yellow wheels on a black and yellow bike would look like? I was washing my bike the other day and was thinking about how the stock graphite-ish color just doesnt do it for me, but I didnt know what I would want to do with them. I was thinking solid would be too much, but after seeing that, I like it a lot. Anyone seen a bike with yellow and black with solid yellow wheels?

Did you have those wheels painted or powder coated? Do you know the cost, or was it something the bike came with? Im seriously looking into it for mine. I photochopped your bike to black and yellow really fast like mine, and I REALLY like it. The only difference is your tail section is black and mine is yellow, I just didnt want to try and put that much effort into the pic and change it too, haha.

Ok, I lied. I found a pic of my bike at a similar angle to yours so I cropped the tail and chopped it in really fast to get a better idea. Not the best job by far, but it kinda gets the point across. I definitely like it! Thanks for the idea!

The yellow wheels bring the bike to life....I like it man!

I'd say go for it. Probably wanna get them powdercoated though so that the finish last long (very durable) & look good.

they are painted. and now are all chiped up around the the outer of the rim because the guys at the shop cant put new tires on right...now i have to get some touch up paint to fix there mistake. the rims costed me about 450can. to paint, that was the shop removing the the tires and rims from the bike then removing the tires from the rims and then of course puting it all back together.

Even if they're painted they still look frickin' awesome though!!
(just not as durable as powdercoat)

I'd be SOOOOOOO pissed off if the shop that changed your tires messed up your rims though. Go in & complain & bitch about it.
It can't hurt anything....if anything you'll probably get something free out of it!

Shaken- what undertail is that or where did you get it. i'm looking to change the stock undertail and get rid of that huge mud flap on my 99 f4, but want to keep the stock tail light. was it easy to change out?

i got it off ebay for like 65 can already painted and it matched perfect. really good undertail. it is fiberglass so installing you have to be a little gentel and not push it to hard or you might crack it. the only thing i had to change was the bolts holding the rear pegs, they were to long so i had to rmove them a cut them down.
