i just got a 99 900rr.. the guy i got it from put a used motor on it .. he couldnt get it to run right.. i put new plugs took carbs off cleaned them.. it barely wants to run wont idle without the choke on sounds like it has a miss.. it wont rev over 3000 with out dyin..i checked spark has it in all for but looks kinda weak.. any suggestions thanks

Carbs are either way out of wack (which is what I think it is) otr you might have a problem with timing. Good luck!

nevermind figured it out.. it was the screen inside the gas tank
