Anyone have a good idea or where I might be able to get something to cover or blend small paint chips I have in my tank?

check these places, almost everywhere has touchup paint that comes like nail polish, with the brush on the cap.

Find a PPG store in your area. They could mix up some paint to match it perfectly.
