You can't

You've got to cut her off.

Measure everything out, and mark it with a white china pencil, or regular graphite pencil. score the edges with an exacto knife along the measured lines, keep scoring through until you can snap off the excess. Sand the edges, go through the lighter sandpapers to smoothe it out. make sure there is enough room for the origional plate bracket, and drill some guideholes (measure again) and bolt her up.

I'm sure everyone has their own way of doing this, and you probably can figure it out on your own

I've always done my bikes like this. Dremel is quick and easy too.

Isnt there a nut thats inside? You have to take the rear seat off and its all the way in the back/ thats How I got mine off. Your talking about the mud flap that holds the plate on right?

No you don't need to take the rear seat off, just open it up. Your going to need a socket with an extension to reach that nut. The nut holds that red reflector on and the mud flap. I cut the signal wires about 2 inches before the connector and Just used electrical tape to join them. There's also a nut holding on the signal lights on the outside underneath. Let me know how it goes. If you need help I will take some pictures for you.
As for the pipe, I love it. No one else has one in my area and thats what I like about it, plus it sounds SWEET, I recommend Scorpion but only the titanium GP Oval.

No way man! Don't do any cutting @ all! The 954 doesn't need any cutting to get rid of the stock fender. I can't stand the uglee alien lights and especially the huge massive stock fender! I eventually want an undertail with turn signals built in, but in the mean time I had to do something since I'm on LOCASH status. I still have the alien lights but at least that fender is gone.

I took mine off by these simple steps...
- Remove the rear seat. (2 nuts)
- Then the rear tail section bodywork. (4 bolts and alot of manipulation of the abs plastic, be carefull not to bend that plastic too much, don't wanna buy a new one! lol)
- Then the stock tail light. (2 nuts)
- Then unbolt the turn signals. (1 bolt nut per light, and unplug the turn signals from the harness & feed them through the holes to remove the lights completely remembering the routing of the wires so you can reroute them when done.)
- Then there should be only one bolt left holding on the fender.

At this point you can do whatever you want, put back on the original lights, or put on aftermarket lights. Find a way to mount your plate or relocate your plate. Shit, who needs a plate anyway! lmao (*sirens!) uh oh! I've even seen some people install the original reflector back on the bike right under the stock tail light (I think reflectors are uglee but that's just me!). Anyway, here's wut I did...

- Then I took the original license plate bracket, used a vise to manipulate it the way I wanted it.
- Drilled 2 holes in the rear plastic undertail as close to the taillight as possible and mounted her up.

Here's the finished product!
Hope this helps anyone out there!
