Well a 00 929 and a 03 600RR are only about 15 HP different and weigh about the same......and the suspension is MUCH better on the 600RR So I can see it being A FUN TRADE!! from the SPORT RIDER FILES.. CBR929RR ('00) 1/4 mile 10.31 @ 134.50 HP 122.7 @ 11,000 WET WEIGHT434 60-80mph time (sec) 3.37 80-100mph time (sec)3.08 CBR600RR ('03) 1/4 mile 10.73 @ 129.7 HP 107.2 @ 13,500 WET WEIGHT 445 60-80mph time (sec) 4.23 80-100mph time (sec) 4.28 top speed162.2

I dropped the 929 because it had 18,000 miles and I wanted something that looked a little sharper... Thus, the 600rr. I think they are very sharp and I will still be able to do the same things (wheelies, wheelies, and more wheelies) that I did on my 929. Plus, this bike is 3 years newer and only has 2000 miles on it. And all the high tech gizmos on it are cooooool.

I had a 2002 R1 and now have a 2003 600RR. The R1 was a fantastic bike but unless you take it to a track be careful. I was doing way too many wheelies, going to fast, ... Not that the 600RR don't do all the above, just takes some more effort.
