Congrats on selling your bike. Now we just need to convince you to pick up that new 1000RR, instead of that R1 you are always talking about

I am not ruling anything out...but I am gonna wait until spring for a new bike. Even though I dont have a CBR at the moment, I will stay active on this site. I enjoy it and it is picking up steam ( besides I have to keep my posting status near the top of the list!! HA HA)
For the moment I am keeping the ol Radian and picking up a Ninja 750 for the winter that is in AWESOME shape for only $1600..

Sounds like a good plan so far. Glad to hear you will be staying on the boards, even if you don't get another Honda. So is the Ninja you are getting a Zx-7R by any chance? What year? What kind of condition is it in for that price? I don't know why, but I have always loved the 7R. It's old and heavy, but it's a hell of a good handeling bike. Wanna sell it after the winter

it is a 1987 ZX750 Ninja..not a ZX-7..it is in awesome condition. The picture I am posting is not the exact one but it is a mirror image of it!! It needs nothing except maybe a tire

Nice, $1600 isn't too shabby at all. That will make a nice winter bike for you. However I don't see any track days in it's future

If I take it to a trackday, I will need to pack some mustard and salt..that way I can still enjoy it after I turn it into a pretzel!!
That is what I did to my FZ1..it was hammered after I skipped it. I ran in deep and ran out of cornering clearance, hit the main frame on the track and levered the wheels out from under me at about 100 m.p.h.......Ground!!...Sky..ground....sky.......
Actually there are not to many trackdays in the winter, so I will just do some sport touring with the thing

well congrats on selling your bike, i bet it's a relief for ya. so i hear you want an R1? of course you know we're all going to try to convince you to get the 1000rr, but hey can ya blame us? anyway, if you do decide on the R1, good luck with it. they are a sharp looking bike.
