do you mean the swing arm mount for the plate? if so a few members here have that. first one i can think of is Gonecrazy. here's his bike...

my plate is mounted on the swingarm, but i think im going to get a fender eliminator soon.

My buddy has one on his gixxer 750. Easy to kick down out of view if needed. No license plate light so it's one more thing to take a hit on. Here's a pic
