i bought an '01 CBR F4i last summer and it didn't have a screen behind the front wheel that covers the pipes. is it critical to have one of those screens...i don't even really know what it looks like...any input?

There is no screen that goes there

People have added them though using wire mesh, only to keep small rocks from getting in the bottom of the fairings
