I just got some wave Galfer rotors with brand new EBC HH pads on my 03 CBR600rr and my handle bars pulsate/vibrate everytime I hit the brakes at 80+MPH. I don't think that that's normal. Anyone has similar experience?

well from car experience, if the brakes pulsate when you hit them, the rotors are warped

yeah... that pulsating is not a good thing. did you buy the rotors new or used? that wasn't mentioned.

The rotors are brand new. Could they be defective?

Break pads have to be broken in for about the first 300 miles. You should be taking it easy on them and mot over heating them. The HH pads have a lot of metal in them that needs to form to your rotors. I'd doubt if the new Galfer rotors are defective... it's not like they are x-brand or something. I'd say take it a little easier and do some normal driving and break them in.

You can break them in a little quicker if you do alot of endo's starting at 70mph.

Just kidding
