I've read the zx6-r and r6 are barely faster, not that it really matters when it comes down to .1 or .2 seconds of a difference.

in my opinion, the 600 class is so competive that the bikes are nearly equal. its apears that all of the Japanese 600s make about 100-105 bhp and that they all weigh about 420 lbs wet and they all have a top speed of 163 mph. I would think, that given the performance parody within this class, the driver matters an awful lot more than the bike... that is to say, most of you could probably beat me any of the other 600s
