so i have put about 250 miles on the new bike now and i am noticing a lound buzzing tank vibration usually starting around 40mph? so i guess this is a pretty usual problem, what's the deal didn't honda test these things before the put them into production? not like it's a big deal, just annoying that you get a brand new bike and you gotta deal with these small problems.

I had the same problem on my 05 600RR... if you remove your tank cover, you will see to tabs on the front of the actual fuel tank. Look at the inside of your tank cover and you'll see where it's rubbing. The tabs look like they should have rubber stops to keep the tank from flexing down, but they don't. I bent the tabs down a little and the noise went away.
