I am putting an extended swingarm on my bike and want to lower it. How do I lower the front of the bike. I purchased a lowering link for the rear but, dont I also need to do the front?

as far as i know, the way that i have seen a bike (2006 cbr 600rr tribal) being lowered in the front was to move the forks higher up on top/lower the triple tre down. if that makes any sense.
