hey guys i was looking into buying a bike... its a 94 cbr600 f2 it has 35,000 miles on it, its been jetted and has exuast... its also been painted a custom orange... i was wondering how much you guys think somethin like that would cost... he is asking $3,500 and i thought that was a high price for a bike with that many miles... let me know, as u can tell im a noob to bikes thanks lol

With regard to the mileage or condition, I'm unsure... but the Kelly Blue Book retail price on that bike is $3,065, so it does sound a bit high to me.

yeah i thought it sounded a bit high.... im tring to figure out what i should offer this guy... i never bought a bike before this would be my 1st....are these good bikes as starter bikes?? ive had experiance riding them but never one of my own

I'd pay 2200 tops...big deal if it is jetted and has exhaust...thats not hard to do

dont you guys think 35,000 miles is a lot???? i have no knowledge about bikes other then how to ride one... i really dont know how this guy rode on it so i dont know how long it would last... how much longer do u think a bike like this would run good for??

I just bought a 93 F2 for $1800. Has 23,000 on it a pipe, jetted, extra plastics and 2 heimets.

i wish i could find a deal like that.... where do u live?? let me know if u come across anything else around that price with those specs i got cash in hand waiting for a good deal to come by me

sick deals out here friend of mine just bought a 99 GSXR 9k miles on it...for 2500 .. u just gotta find a guy selling a bike that needs the money fast...dealerships just dick u.

my 2 cents...the f2 has got to be one of the best built bikes out there. absolutly perfect starter bike.

ps. just sold my 91 f2. had 8700 on the clock jetted ,piped and a new rear tire. sold it for 1500.

$1500 thats really a low amount of miles for a 91 i wouldve taken that off ur hands for sure ... yeah imm going to definatly wait till i find a good deal im not in a hurry..... im taking the class this wensday saturday and sunday im pretty excited about that....anyways is that cycletrader.com site any good?? the prices seem kindve high.... i dont know tho

oh did i mention i live in canada? so that 1500 would amount to about 1200 usd. if you look up here it might be worth buying here and shipping to the states.
