They are both good quality. Not top of the line, but they will do the job. Icon makes some good stuff. The jacket, is a good summer jacket. Come check out our my/our cars at www.stratusphere.com I have a 3/4 body kit on mines. Just may put the rear on pretty soon, if i get a job. The 'overlays' just are skins over your pads. Unfortunately (IMO) the overlays on that coat just outline your armour instead of making it seem like u dont have any.
