I have a 02 CBR 954RR with almost 15,000 miles, my questions is that recently I have noticed that I have to almost let my clutch lever all the way out before it engages, I know that over time your clutches wear down, but is this a sign that it is close to time to change clutches or is there an adjustment that I can make to correct this.
Thanks.

Its pretty hard to fry a wet clutch, you just probably need to adjust the cable free play. Try to turn the adjuster knob on the lever, or follow the cable down to the clutch cover & adjust that one. Bring the adjustment in or out depending on where you want your engagement point, but I personally like it when it engages at the end of the lever travel. As long as it's not slipping, then it shouldn't be worn out.
