ive been thinking about getting new sprockets lately and i was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on what brand to get. Also im trying to get better acceleration to keep up with my friends' 636's and RR's and be able to pull up wheelies easier but i dotn want to lose a whole lot of top end, or have it come up too much when im shifting. ive seen that everyone seems to go -1/+2 and im just wondering if i should do the same.

i'd go with a DID chain and like renthal, afam, vortex, sprocket specialist sprockets. -1/+2 you will do real good keeping up...but mine doesn't have trouble keeping up or pulling in a stock RR with just the -1 up front. +2 in the rear may be too high for you on the highway and you will lose more top end than with just a -1. also consider going up 3 in the rear instead of -1 up front as it will decrease the wear on the chain. i'm sure you'll be fine with an RK chain, but i go with DID cause they have never let me down, but the others have. t

ditto I have vortex sprockets mainly because they are aluminum rather than steel so they weight less (less rotating mass makes a difference). They won't last as long but thats okay with me. I have an RK chain and it hasn't snapped or worn yet, but my next chain will be DID, good stuff I like -1/+2, its okay on the street but like tahoe said you will lose a decent bit of top end
