Did anybody catch this show? I just joined this site so I wasn't sure if ya'll heard about it in time.
If not here is the Kawasaki press release:

ROAD RACING - Haydens On TV

Discover The Haydens 4/17/2006
The following is a release from Kawasaki:

Reigning AMA Supersport Champion Tommy Hayden and series runner-up Roger Hayden are to appear on the Discovery Channel's newest show, "Speed on Two Wheels," scheduled to air Wednesday, April 19th. The Kawasaki Racing Team riders will be appearing alongside their crew as the show progresses through the many technical aspects of what it takes to be competitive in the AMA Superbike series.

Produced by Cry Havoc Productions, "Speed on Two Wheels" also takes the viewer into the world of the modern sportbike. Viewers will learn the artistry and engineering of these two-wheeled rocketships and what makes them tick. The program covers everything from how the average consumer can learn better riding skills to how top racers dial-in their finely tuned machines.

Depending on the cable provider the show is scheduled to air on either the Discovery Channel or the Discovery Science Channel. Be sure to check your local listings for time and channel.

It was an awesome show, and I'll provide a link to download it but the DVD will be out later this summer and will include an extended version and tons of bonus features so make sure to buy it!

Also after you watch it make sure to leave feedback on the Discovery Science Feedback forums, they do actually look at the feedback left and take it into consideration for future programming. It only takes a minute to sign up and they don't send you any spam:

Feedback Forums
the next post will have a link to download the show!

its really good server, so downloads should be pretty fast

okay so I did think this would get a little more/better response

for those that downloaded it, what did you think?

personally I thought it was AWESOME and a huge step for sportbikes in nearly mainstream tv

I know it was 100x better than 2 Wheel Tuesday and all the other Speed crap

That was great, it was actually the first program about motorcycles I've seen that focused on sportbikes. Nice to see people know that there are motorcycles out there based on cutting edge performance and technology, not archaic design and technology from the 1960's.

i also thought the speed shifters where really neat, how they kill the engine for that fraction of a second why they shift so you never have to let off the throttle.. amazing. also did anybody else notice that when they where rebuilding the kawas that when they where done the bikes where only getting 120hp?

I'm working on uploading a commercial free version but its gonna take a while, I don't have the greatest connection.
Its been a while since I watched so I don't remember the HP but 120 isn't terrible, the ZX-6RR probably only starts out with like 104 HP and Supersport rules are pretty limiting
I would have thought it would have a little more though (and maybe it does)

okay new link now without commercials, hopefully it works:
Speed on Two Wheels

its also now 400MB rather than 600, so downloads should be even faster, let me know if it works

everything I read said 123 from the 675, but I haven't really researched it a whole lot
it is incredible though considering the other 600s are hovering around 108 stock, kinda makes you wonder why exactly they needed the extra 76cc's
