yes, and I removed BOTH the fenders, and moved the turn signals up onto the actual body of the bike since I couldn't have them on e rear fenders anymore, meanwhile it looks stock enough the cops can't give me a hard time

did you drill into the rear cowling? i haven't had my rear hugger on for many years, so i missed that one completely...lol

and is the car in front of the bike the reason for the screen name...?

yup, I drilled the cowling.. figured the lights can stay there permanantly and it won't be a permanant scar to the bike as long as the lights are there...

if someone wants to do it, i can take the measurements for them

yes, the car is the reason for the screen name.. that is the 10th on i've owned, some of the 10 were just parts cars, etc.. I traded one of them for my Hurricane last year, so my out of pocket expense for the bike was only 1200 CDN$ (excluding my labour in the car)... in the coming months I plan to put together an engine which should be strong enough to hold 500HP in that car, but I'll probably be running it at about 300 HP at least until I get a big turbo, the one I have will be at its limit at 300HP.. I want to keep the car looking as stock and low key as possible, and have it capable of runnign low 12sec quarter miles.. then go play with mustangs, maybe a vette, maybe a viper.., and embarrass a few people.. i want to have it as quiet as possible during idle, and an open wastegate on the turbo that just ROARS when boost is hit... that would be fun :)
