Bits of different sizes Cut off wheel 1 piece of flat 1/8" thick by 3/4"X36" Aluminum, can buy this at home depot for $4.00 This one was made for a 06 600rr. I was not thinking when I was doing this, I should have taken photos as I was doing this but I will post some pic up when I get my other pc back up and running. Take off the bitch seat Take off the stud seat Switch those around if you are a female, lol Take off the back tail fairing; be careful it is on there tight. Take off loser fender/mud-flap Remove the plate holder from old mud flap I also took off that grey piece that was around the tail pipe as well. Cut off a piece of rod 16” long. Make a mark that 3.5” from both ends. The center should be 9” long Bend on the line. Round over the ends so that they will fit. You’ll see when you get it torn down, Drill holes in the ends so you can bolt it back into the last set of holes. I used the old stock plate holder; I just removed it from the stock mud flap. Cut off the center plate support. Center old plate holder on to new fender eliminator and drill holes Flatten out old plate holder so it will be more flatten out. Bolt every thing back together. Normal fender eliminator is between $80 to $150 off the net. Home made fender eliminator $4 Time spent 4hr Spending time with your bike making it look nicer priceless. check out the photos..
