Cuz these guys are the shiz-nit! If anyone else owns one they know that these are the best out in the market. Well for those that don't know (and those that do), there are shield holders that keep the face shield in place. I busted my left one a little over a week ago from just lifting up my shield in an awkward angle. I was pretty pissed so I wrote Arai about it, and within a week they sent me the replacement part, no charge, no questions asked. These guys really stand by there products and know how to keep their customers happy. I went to a bike shop initially to see what they could do, and they wanted to charge me $50!! for the replacement part . If I ever have to get another helmet, it'll definately be another Arai.

It's good to know that there are companies out there that trust your word and didn't blame it on you for miss handling the helmet. My next helmet will hopefully be a Arai. I hate while i'm riding I turn to look over my shoulder and my face shield cracks and I get awful wind noise.
