Hey man, and welcome. Ive got to tell you. Your bike is amazing. Got to be the cleanest Ive ever seen. Maybe you can help me. Ive been trying to find a triple tree cover for weeks now with no luck for our year bike. Can you let me know were you got yours as well as the carbon fiber cover around your gages. Thanks man.

Very nice bike. Someone else mentioned about the mirrors. They have a much nicer look than the stock ones. Where did you get those? Did they bolt right on to the existing holes.

Thanks...

I'm new too and actually just bought a 1991 mint condition cbr 600. I had an 88 katana before this one and was looking for something newer but it was in such good condition and the price was right so I had to do it. I'll get pictures up as soon as I can, but I was wondering about your maier solo cowl and how it attaches. Do you have to drill anything for that? Thanks,

Greg

Lets see if I can answer some of your questions.............

The graphics were custom made, nothing special really. There are companies near me that will pretty much cut anything out of Vinyl that you can imagine. I attached a picture of it at night

The carbon fiber triple tree cover and guage cover are from different companies but I think that you can order both from Lockhart Phillips. Try Ebay first.

Then solo seat cover actually has small screw holes on the bottom so that you can screw it into the bottom of the seat.

The Mirrors were bought off ebay and I don't remember what kind of bike they came from. The holes don't exactly line up perfectly so there is only one screw holding them in. They look good, the other hole is not even really noticable at all

Ive also attached a pic of the rear of the bike for whomever it was that wanted to see that fender chop job. What I did was chopped the fender off, added some cat eye blinkers and relocated the tag light, etc up to the hole where there used to be a reflector. Easy mod.

Oh, and the thing in the side stand was just a lid to a candle, it was used to help level the bike for the picture. lol

Is that maier seat cowl painted or is that the color it came? I want to get one for my white/red f2 but want to make sure it will match right.

Mine is painted but you can buy them in white. The come unpainted in plack or white. The white plastic has a glossy finish so it matches really well actually.

Thanks for the info on the seat cowl...I'll try the white unpainted and see how it matches...if I don't like it I can always have it painted later.
