I believe its 4 allen bolts on the Triple Clamps. Be careful cause you want it even on both sides and the triple clamps want to drop right when you loosen them so its hard to do it by yourself from what Ive heard.

If im wrong correct me im too lazy to go down to my bike and see lol... dont just do the front.

don't lower it at all... i'm 5'6" and can hardly tip toe when both feet are down, just keep right right foot on the brake, and plant the left foot on the ground... just make for damn sure nothing is under your foot, (rocks, oil, gas, little critters, etc.) i was told specifically not to lower it unless i want to lose alot out of it...
