I just got mine, I can't really tell how many I'm getting there is no gauge. I asked they guy how I can tell and he said you open the tank up and slosh the gas around and if you can see the bottom it needs more. Does your F4 run only 91 gas like mine? And is yours the F4 with nanna seat or the F4I with split seats?

I average just shy of 50. And thats with a mix of city, highway, and spirited driving.

I have a CBR600fy (2000) I also have a 33bhp restrictor fitted, I get to around 140 miles or so on a tank before the reserve light comes on (haven't been bothered to work out the mpg yet). I use unleaded 95 (u.k stuff). I don't hold back where speed and acceleration are concerned if conditions are good, though even when I go easy the consumption is usually around the same. A tip to get over the lack of a fuel guage on the bike is to use the journey trip meter thing (very technical description eh lol). I Just saw how far I got on a tank. So now I just reset the journey trip meter every time I fill up so I can guage how many more miles I can go before worrying about where the next petrol station is

Italian Red with black accents, not split seat. Low fuel light came on at 110 miles last night. Easing of the throttle help the mileage but hard not to crank this baby up once I get on the wide open roads. At least I can run the cheap stuff with no problem. Some scum bag pushed my bike over in the parking lot. I wish I could get my hands on that guy so I can kick him in the balls, I assume it was a guy. If not I'll kick her in the balls.
